We are a gathering of great achiever’s with the singular mandate of impacting lives positively. We are to train young people to become a useful ingredient in the development of their society and the immediate world at large via our well-planned trainings, seminars and conferences in the area of leadership, education and motivation.

We believe we exist for a reason. Not majorly for ourselves but to also see others prospering and fulfilling their purpose here on earth. Therefore as an achiever, we believe in helping others with whatever resources and knowledge life has blessed us with. This is our own way of making the world a better place.

We will consistently provide quality education through our trainings, seminars and other initiatives. Meet our Team

Olakunle Joshua
Team Lead

Team Lead at TAG NG focusing on providing an oversight leadership and general management of the organization. A member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chattered) and a global speaker who have trained several young people at different conferences and seminars on leadership and data science. Currently a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the University of Tuscia, Viterbo, Italy.

Andres Sanches
Director of Media and Publicity

Director of Media and Publicity at TAG responsible for promoting more participation in every of TAG’s program especially within the Europe region. A private mining, geo-environment and GIS consultant with a PhD in Geological Engineering. Since 2015, he has collaborated on several mining planning projects, human health and ecosystem risk assessment, and more recently started developing specialized software’s to optimize and solve enterprise problems.

Adebayo Ademola Victor
Head of International Operations

A first class alumni of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria and a recipient of the 2019 UBC MasterCard Foundation Scholar award at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. Gained a lot of experience in several organizations with the recent in his position as the Land Authorization Officer at the Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resources, Operations and Rural Development (FLNRORD), Prince George, Canada.

Oladoja Blessing
Secretary

A young man who believes that everyone have God given talents or abilities that will contribute to the growth of the society. This has informed his passion for helping people develop a better community. He has volunteered in outreaches to high school students and adults too. He is a data analyst with keen eye sight for hidden stories. He also writes poems and articles. A final year student of the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria.

Bahaa Elboshy
Director of Research and Strategic Planning

An Assistant Professor at the Architectural Engineering Department, Tanta University, Egypt. He has more than 18 years of experience in teaching and research. He is currently responsible for developing and monitoring research, maintaining a competitive innovation portfolio, managing partnership and as well providing clear strategic plan towards the achievement of the laid down goals of the organization.

Ilori Oluwanifemi
Director of Human Resources

A seasoned and results-driven professional with a strong experience in relating with people. Responsible for driven growth and spreading the news about the organization among young people in Africa and as well as sharing the organization's HR strategies.

She is a graduate of Forestry from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and the founder of Go-Climate, a rising climate-oriented organization poised at promoting knowledge on climate actions and the role of Forest in achieving the SGDs.
